— The classes

Five formats.
One studio.

Reformer Flow

50 min · Open level

The everyday class. A grounded, full-body session on the reformer — strength and length, in equal measure. Welcoming for beginners.

Strong

45 min · Intermediate

Pure power. Higher intensity, higher tempo, heavier springs. Best after a few Flow classes under your belt.

Stretch & Restore

60 min · All levels

Slow, deep, deliberate. Reformer-assisted opening for tight bodies and tired weeks. End the day quieter than you started it.

Sculpt

50 min · Open level

Reformer plus light hand weights. Sculpts the small muscles you didn't know you had — and leaves you long, not bulky.

Slow Flow

60 min · All levels

A meditative reformer session. Long holds, quiet music, breath as the metronome. The class you take at the end of a long day.

— First time

Before
your first class.

Six small things, so you can stop thinking about them and start moving.

01

Arrive ten minutes early.

For paperwork the first time, settling in always.

02

Wear grip socks.

Required on the reformer. Available at reception (€8).

03

Bring water and a small towel.

We provide mats, towels for purchase, and filtered still or sparkling water.

04

Eat lightly beforehand.

Leave room for the café — it's why we built one next door.

05

Phones on silent, out of sight.

Lockers are provided. The studio is a quiet place.

06

Tell us anything we should know.

Injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery. Your instructor will adapt.

— Good to know

A few questions,
answered.

How early should I book?

Most classes fill one to two days ahead, especially evenings. We recommend booking your week on Sunday and adding extras as the week unfolds.

What if I need to cancel?

Free cancellation up to 12 hours before class. Within 12 hours, the credit is forfeited so the spot can be released to someone on the waitlist.

Do I need any experience?

Not at all. Reformer Flow and Stretch & Restore welcome complete beginners — your instructor will set you up on the equipment and adapt as needed.

Is there parking nearby?

Free street parking is usually available around Plaza de las Orquídeas. A short walk from the centre of Marbella's old town.

Can I just visit the café?

Yes. The café and juice bar are open to walk-ins all day, no class booking required. Move well, eat well — in either order.
