For first sessions, post-injury return, pre-natal training, or anyone wanting deeper attention than a class allows. Sessions are 55 minutes, fully tailored, and available outside class hours by appointment.

Memberships are personal and non-transferable, with the exception of the guest passes included in Unlimited and Resident tiers. Class packs (Credits) work the same way — they belong to one person.
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before class. Within 12 hours, the credit is forfeited so the spot can be released to someone on the waitlist. We don't make exceptions because the system has to be fair to everyone.
Yes — once a year, for up to four weeks total. Useful for travel, illness, or anything else life sends. Just ask at the front desk or email us at least 7 days ahead.
5- and 10-packs are valid for 90 days from purchase. Drop-in credits don't expire — once you've bought a class, it's yours until you take it.
The first 50 people who join Unlimited or Resident before opening day lock in 15 % off their monthly price for as long as they stay a member. If you cancel and rejoin later, you re-enter at the standard rate. The discount applies to your monthly fee — not to credits, privates or café purchases.
Unlimited is month-to-month — cancel any time, takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Resident is a 3-month commitment, paid up front. Credits have no commitment at all.
Yes — Unlimited members get 10 % off the café and juice bar, Resident members get 15 %. Show your booking app at the till. Move well, eat well, in either order.
